RECYCLING GRANT FUND EXPENDITURE COMMENTARY <br /> • <br /> Recycling activities are accounted for in the Recycling Grant Fund. A SCORE <br /> grant which the City receives from Ramsey County pays the salary of the Recycling <br /> Coordinator and supplies needed in overseeing recycling activities within the City <br /> and promotional activities to encourage greater efforts in recycling by residents.
