S. 341. 08 requires that the municipality has to consent to the <br /> holding of boxing or sparring exhibition in their City by a certified <br /> copy of a resolution being presented to the Board of Boxing. <br /> Mr. Wheeler has provided the City with a registration application as <br /> well as proof of state license (copy of application and copy of check <br /> for license) which is attached to this staff report. <br /> Staff has prepared and attached Resolution No. 4439 Approving the Boxing <br /> Event at the Bel-Rae Ballroom to be Conducted on November 17, 1993 . <br /> The City has not received a certificate of insurance from Mr. Wheeler, <br /> however, Mr. Wheeler's agent phoned Tuesday and indicated that the <br /> insurance would be forthcoming. <br /> ‘'_ 22/Wi'Lfee) <br /> Michele Severson, Administration Secretary <br /> RECOMMENDATION; <br />
