The Environmental Quality Commission goals involve continued enhancement of the <br />Ciri s Recycling Program and monitoring of environmental legislation, policies or <br />procedures which may affect the City. <br />Goals for the Planning Commission include: <br />Orderly development of the City, maximizing City resources and remain <br />consistent with Council and community goals and objectives. <br />Development of a City-wide landscape ordinance for new development <br />to further refine development design and quality. <br />DEPART-,tE`tT EXPE`rDITURE COMME`T" <br />The Advisory Commission Budget does not contain expenditures for new programs or <br />activities. <br />The budget has been reduced to reflect prior year expenditures. <br />1993. <br />
