STAFF REPORT <br />PAGE TWO <br />NOVEMBER 1, 1993 <br />The review time on this item has been accelerated and, therefore, <br />Staff is still awaiting certain information. Attached for your <br />review is a memorandum from the City Forester outlining his <br />recommendation for the berm and plantings. Staff will be providing <br />the following information on Monday evening for council <br />consideration: <br />- Full size plans for the entire project (to be provided by the <br />applicant). Staff currently only has one copy. <br />- Memorandum from Public Works Supervisor regarding impact of <br />proposal on street and utility maintenance and, snowplowing. <br />- Memorandum from Consulting Engineer (SEH) regarding impact of <br />proposal on existing storm water sewer system. <br />
