Indicate which start-up costs arc to be <br />Gained by llte grant from the Board of Government Innovation and Cooperation and which <br />sort -up costs are to be funded from other sources of revenue. Identify all other sources of <br />revenue that will be used to fund a portion of the start-up costs. <br />The one -lime only start-up costs are the costs identified for the construction of llte <br />legional Senior Center facility. The 26,500 square foot faculty will include a <br />large multi -purpose room which will accommodate approximately 350 for <br />congregate dining, dances, and other large social events. The multi -purpose room <br />I,, served by a large catering kitchen. This level will also include on arts & crafts <br />roouy a small kitchenette, a library/lounge area with a fireplace, administrative <br />offices, a large storage area, restroom facilities for each sex, a unisex reslroom, <br />oil an elevator, a <br />que, and a <br />rooa'ri m area oat <br />m.The uppers level at is equipped <br />i cludeslta garage, and spacclfor the 3 vans thatwill <br />be used for the senior transportation program. The lower level will house a <br />meeting room, fitness room, a billiard room, restrooms (including showers and <br />severplannedlIv <br />a relatiely)unfinished splaceical room.
