Doug Watson, <br />Planning Case No. 370-93 <br />Mayor Linke called the public hearing to order at 7:05 p.m. <br />Paul Harrington, City Planner, reviewed Staff Report No. 93-678C <br />regarding the subdivision of property located on the Southeast <br />corner of County Road J and Coral Sea which would allow the creation <br />of four (4) lots and (1) outlot. If this proposal is approved it <br />will help facilitate the acquisition of property necessary for th- <br />development of the Mounds View Municipal Golf Course. Harringto <br />also reported that Outlot A would be deeded to the City for use as <br />ponding easement area. This subdivision was approved by the <br />Planning Commission. Staff recommends the adoption of Resolution <br />No. 4442 Approving the Preliminary Plat of North Star Industrial <br />Park, 2nd addition. <br />Mayor Linke closed the public hearing at 7:07 p.m. <br />City Attorney, Jim Thomson, recommended that a contingency be added <br />to Resolution No. 4442 indicating that Outlot A will be dedicated to <br />the City of Mounds View for use as ponding easement area. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Quic:./Trude to adopt Resolution No. 4442 Approving <br />Request for Major Subdivision, Doug Watson, Planning Case No. 370-93 <br />As Amended <br />VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />b. 7.06 a.m. - Continuation of Public Hearina Regardina Potential <br />Revocation of Conditional Use Permit 3030 County Road J <br />Mayor Linke continued the public hearing regarding the potential <br />revocation of conditional use permit, 3030 County Road J. <br />Paul Harrington, City Planner, presented the background on the <br />subject and stated that the City Attorney had requested affidavit- <br />
