The Council is required to hold a public hearing on the matter <br />and to send written notice to persons having delinquent accounts. <br />Attached is a list of delinquent accounts. Staff recommends that the <br />Public Hearing be held at 7:05 p.m. on December 27, 1993. <br />Enclosures: <br />RECOMMENDATIQN:.
