As requested by the Council, the attorney has obtained a statement <br />from an individual who was involved in the construction of the free- <br />standing garage on the property. The City Attorney has informed the <br />attorney representing the property owner that the statement must be in <br />affidavit form to be acceptable to the City. That affidavit is expected <br />to be received shortly. <br />The City Attorney has also included documentation of a similar case which <br />may provide the City Council further direction in this matter.
