RESOLUTION NO. 4443 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXPANSION AND ALTERATION OF <br />THE ON -SITE PARKING FACILITIES AT ROBERT'S OFF 10, <br />2400 COUNTY ROAD H2, PLANNING CASE NO. 363-93 <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the <br />request of Robert's Off 10 for approval to allow an expansion of <br />the on -site parking facilities at 2400 County Road H2; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the site plan <br />provided by the applicant dated July 21, 1992, revised September <br />18, 1993, October 20, 1993 and October 23, 1993; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicants property is subject to parking <br />requirements set forth in Chapter 40 of the Mounds View Municipal <br />Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicants request would allow the <br />alteration of a previously approved berm required for screening <br />purposes; and <br />WHEREAS, the request would allow the property owner to <br />maximize the on -site parking on the property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />City Council approves the request of Robert's Off 10 for the <br />expansion and alteration of the on -site parking facilities at <br />2400 County Road H2 contingent upon the following: <br />1) The applicant shall enter into a hold harmless <br />agreement with the City to address concerns with <br />snow removal and utility maintenance. <br />2) Landscaping on the site shall be provided as shown <br />on the Site Plan dated July 21, 1992 and revised <br />September 18, 1993, October 20, 1993 and October <br />23, 1993, and according to the recommendations of <br />the City Forester as outlined in his memo dated <br />October 26, 1993. A cash surety in an amount <br />acceptable to the City Forester shall be provided <br />to ensure plantings are completed according to the <br />aforementioned Plan. <br />
