RESOLUTION NO. 4445 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MASTER PLAN <br />R THE PROPOSED <br />VIEW GOLF COURSE <br />WHEREAS, the Golf Course Task Force was directed by the City <br />Council to develop the design for a nine hole executive golf <br />course and driving range within the City of Mounds View; and <br />WHEREAS, the Golf Course Task Force has been working with <br />representatives from Williams/Gil and Associates to determine the <br />best possible design for the proposed course; and <br />WHEREAS, over the past 18 months, the Task Force has <br />reviewed several concept plans, preliminary plans and two draft <br />Master Plans to develop a challenging, exciting and economically <br />successfully golf course; and <br />WHEREAS, the Golf Course Task Force has finalized the Master <br />Plan for the course and has concluded from its deliberations and <br />consultations with the architect and representatives from to <br />Effective Golf Course Systems that the Master <br />entslangpresented <br />olf and <br />the City Council on November 8, 1993 rep <br />driving range design that has all the elemen`3 of a successful <br />economic, recreational, and social venture. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT, th=o ettheoGolflcourse <br />and for <br />the City of Mounds View does hereby app <br />Master plan as submitted by the Golf Course Task Force and <br />Williams/Gil and Associates on November 8, 1993. <br />Adopted this 8th day of November, 1993. <br />ATTEST: Mayor <br />(SEAL) City Administrator <br />
