EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular or special <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Mounds View, Minnesota, <br />was duly held in the Mounds View City Hall on November 8, 1993, <br />commencing at 7:00 P.M., C.T. <br />The following Councilmembers were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br />During said meeting introduced the following <br />Resolution, the reading of which was dispensed with by unanimous <br />consent of the Council, and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4446 <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE <br />FINANCING OF A MUNICIPAL <br />GOLF COURSE OF THE CITY <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City <br />of Mounds View, Minnesota (the "City"), as follows: <br />1. Recitals. It is hereby determined: <br />(a) Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 471.15 to <br />471.19, the City owns and operates various public recreational <br />facilities and, after studying the feasibility thereof, has <br />determined to acquire, develop, equip, furnish, operate, and <br />maintain a certain 9-hole municipal golf course, including a <br />driving range, clubhouse, and related facilities (collectively, the <br />"Golf Course"), and the costs of completing and financing the Golf <br />Course and currently estimated at approximately $3,090,000. <br />1 <br />
