The amount, $1,963, 111 will be more than <br /> offset by the purchase, by Multi-Tech - $1,982,723 plus $60,000 in <br /> additional soil correction costs . If Multi-Tech's purchase price <br /> is reduced to $3 .50/sq. ft. , the amount recouped to offset <br /> Everest's costs will be reduced to $1,632,830 plus $60,000 in <br /> additional soil correction dollars. <br /> Attachment D is Everest's cost analysis for Buildings M & N. For <br /> Building M, Everest will receive $149,500 ($1. 30/sq. ft. ) from C.G. <br /> Hill and $172,500 for a total of $332,000. For Building N, the City <br /> will provide the entire subsidy of $450, 192 ($1.50/sq. ft. ) . The <br /> total revenues to Everest for Buildings M & N is $782, 192 . <br />
