RECREATION ACTIVITY FUND REVENUE COMMENTARY <br /> 411 <br /> General recreation programs offered by the City' s Parks and <br /> Recreation Department are accounted for in the Recreation <br /> Activity Fund. Pursuant to Chapter 24 of the City Code the fund <br /> is to be operated on a "pay as you go" basis.
