RESOLUTION NO. 4417 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING INTER -FUND BUDGET TRANSFERS <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Mounds View <br />supports a strong curbside recycling program; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has, in the past, <br />provided recycling bins to residents to encourage recycling; and <br />WHEREAS, the City has unexpectedly run out of its supply <br />of recycling bins; and <br />WHEREAS, the purchase of additional recycling bins are <br />not a budgeted item in the 1993 recycling budget; and <br />WHEREAS, to provide funds for the purchase <br />of thSe bins, <br />it is necessary to amend the budget, providing e <br />udget <br />transfers. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does <br />hereby approve the following budget amendments and inter -fund <br />budget transfers: <br />• $2,000.00 transferred from account 290-4121-393 to <br />account 290-4121-703; and <br />$500.00 transferred from account 290-4121-330 to account <br />290-4121-703. <br />Adopted this 13th day of September, 1993. <br />ATTEST: <br />Mayor <br />(SEAL) <br />City Administrator <br />
