The City entered into the agreement in <br />December, 1990. <br />The City of Columbia Heights has opted out of the Joint Powers Agreement, <br />thereby necessitating the need to amend the Joint Powers Agreement. The <br />attached amendment to the existing agreement deletes Columbia Heights name <br />from the Agreement and amends the amount that the remaining cities are <br />assigned for construction should the facility become a reality. <br />to Orduno, 1 <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Approval of the Attached Amendment to the Existing Agreement by deleting Columbia Heights <br />Samc from the Agreement and Amend the Amount that the Remaining Cities are Assigned for <br />Construction should the faculty become a reality. <br />
