RESOLUTION NO. 4409 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT FOR A TEMPORARY PORTABLE CLASSROOM FOR <br />CHURCH UPON THE ROCK, 7901 RED OAK DRIVE <br />PLANNING CASE NO. 366-93 <br />WHEREAS, Church Upon the Rock has made application <br />for a Conditional <br />Use <br />classroomoatallow <br />7901for <br />Redthe <br />Oakcontinued <br />Drive; and <br />useof <br />a temporary portable <br />WHEREAS, In 1988, the Mounds View city Council gave <br />approval for a Conditional Use Permit forthe <br />placement of a <br />temporary portable classroom on the property; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the approved Citv Council resolution con- <br />tained a "sunset" clause, which effectively revoked the permit <br />after a five year period; and <br />WHEREAS, the current request is in response to the <br />sunsetting of the previous approval; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has <br />reviewed the request and recommended approval in Resolution <br />No. 365-93. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />City Council approves the requested Conditional Use Permit for <br />the location of a temporary portable classroom for Church Upon <br />the Rock, 7901 Red Oak Drive, contingent upon the following: <br />1. The approved temporary portable classroom shall <br />be removed from the property no later than July <br />1, i994. <br />2. The parking lot and driveways o <br />n the property <br />shall be surfaced with City approved materials <br />no later than October 1, 1993. <br />
