RESOLUTION NO. 4418 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEN <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the <br />Council of the City of Mounds View; Minnesota was held at City <br />Hall on September 13, 1993 with the following members present: <br />and the following members absent: <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />NG <br />A R1994UPROPOSEDCERTIFYING <br />PROPERTY TAX99EVIESPAN ©SETTTINGED ITHEBUDGET, <br />DATE <br />FCR A PUBLIC HEARING CN THE SAME PURSUANT TO TRUTH <br />IN TAXATION LEGISLAT_ON <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Mounds View, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br />1) RESOLVED that pursuant to Truth in Taxation legislation <br />the Council adopts the following as the Proposed 1994 City <br />Operating Budget: <br />General Fund $3,176395 <br />Fire Improvement Bonds 100:417 <br />TOTAL PROPOSED 1994 BUDGET T3,276,812 <br />2) RESOLVED that pursuant to Truth In Taxation legislation <br />the following is certified to the County of Ramsey as the City of <br />Mounds View's proposed 1994 property tax levy(after deduction of <br />Homestead and Agricultural Credit Aid(HACA) off $366,747 which the <br />Minnesota Department of Revenue has certified the City will <br />receive in 1994): <br />General Fund S1,481,506 <br />Fire Improvement Bonds 100,417 <br />TOTAL PROPOSED 1994 T1,581,923 <br />PROPERTY TAX LEVY <br />
