Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (MDNR) <br />The MDNR has available funding through its Flood Hazard <br />Mitigation Grant Assistance Program. The program provides <br />financial support for planning and implementing structural <br />and non-structural flood damage reduction measures. The <br />program includes 50/50 matching funds through either a <br />general fund or from a bonded fund. <br />C.
