The first one is restoration of the turf area <br />around the new water tower. This project was not completed because a <br />new ballfield was constructed and the city Hall expansion was expected <br />to begin in the early fall. Funds designated for this project, $7,000, <br />were for irrigation around the tower and new ballfield. <br />Another project that was postponed was the construction of material <br />storage bins inside the Public Works garage area. This was delayed <br />because of a manpower shortage and the late date in which the remaining <br />surface in that area was paved. <br />staff is requesting that $6,400 for the material storage bins (account <br />#100-4270-703)eand $7,000 for <br />1994the irrigation system (account 1700-4121- <br />703) be <br />Mike Ulrich, Public Works Supervisor <br />
