Building Permits (Chapter 59) <br />Minimum Fee. The minimum fee for all permits shall be $15.00 <br />unless otherwise specified. <br />Valuation Table. The following Valuation Table shall be used to <br />determine fees for those permits so indicated below and in all cases <br />where the work is of such a nature that the permit fees cannot be <br />determined from the schedule established below for such work. <br />$1.00 to $500.00 <br />$501.00 to $2,000.00 <br />$15.00 for the first <br />$500.00 plus $2.00 for each <br />additional $100.00 or <br />fraction thereof, to and <br />including $2,000.00 <br />$2,001.00 to $45.00 for the first <br />$25,000.00 $2,000.00 plus $9.00 for <br />each additional $1,000.00 or <br />fraction thereof, to and <br />including $25,000.00 <br />$25,001.00 to $252.00 for the first <br />$50,000.00 $25,000.00 plus $6.50 for <br />each additional $1,000.00 or <br />fraction thereof, to and <br />including $50,000.00 <br />$50,001.00 to $414.50 for the first <br />$100,000.00 $50,000.00 plus $4.50 for <br />each additional $1,000.00 or <br />fraction thereof, to and <br />including $100,000.00 <br />$100,001.00 to <br />$500,000.00 <br />$639.50 for the first <br />$100,000.00 plus $3.50 for <br />each additional $1,000.00 or <br />fraction thereof to and <br />including $500,000.00 <br />
