MOUNDS PLANN <br />NING3COMMISSION <br />ON <br />R. <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />HE <br />NT <br />OREOLUTIN FSMULTIOTECH, 2205DWOODALERDRIVE, OVAL FPLANNINGECASE EREQUEST NO.367-93 <br />WHEREAS, Multi -Tech has requested City approval to <br />construct a 59,970 square foot addition to their existing <br />facility at 2205 Woodale Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 59.07 of the Mounds View Municipal <br />Code requires that a development review be conducted for all <br />commercial and industrial developments within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br />following documents regarding this development prop <br />1. Planning Application dated October 29, 1993 <br />2. Site/Landscape Plan dated October 4, 1993 <br />3. Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control Plan dated <br />October 14, 1993 <br />4. Exterior Elevation Plan dated October 8, 1993 <br />5. Floor Plan dated October 27, 1993 <br />6. Electrical Site Plan dated October 27, 1993 <br />7. Illumination Distribution Plan dated October 27, <br />1993; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that <br />ts <br />the proposal is in conformance with all applicable <br />of Chapter 40. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission recommends approval of the development review <br />request. <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Planning Commission <br />directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City Council <br />prior to approval of the minutes. <br />Adopted this 1st day of December, 1993, <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />rman <br />Planner <br />
