MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 372-93 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE DEVELOPMENT REQUEST <br /> OF MULTI-TECH, 2205 WOODALE DRIVE, PLANNING CASE NO. 367-93 <br /> WHEREAS, Multi-Tech has requested City approval to <br /> construct a 59 ,970 square foot addition to their existing <br /> facility at 2205 Woodale Drive; and <br /> WHEREAS, Chapter 59 . 07 of the Mounds View Municipal <br /> Code requires that a development review be conducted for all <br /> commercial and industrial developments within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br /> following documents regarding this development proposal: <br /> 1. Planning Application dated October 29 , 1993 <br /> 2 . Site/Landscape Plan dated October 4 , 1993 <br /> 3 . Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control Plan dated <br /> October 14, 1993 <br /> 4 . Exterior Elevation Plan dated October 8 , 1993 <br /> 5. Floor Plan dated October 27, 1993 <br /> 6. Electrical Site Plan dated October 27, 1993 <br /> 7 . Illumination Distribution Plan dated October 27, <br /> 1993 ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that <br /> the proposal is in conformance with all applicable requirements <br /> of Chapter 40. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br /> Planning Commission recommends approval of the development review <br /> request. <br /> BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the-P-lanni-ng-Commission_ <br /> directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City Council <br /> prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> Adopted this 1st day of December, 1993 . <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Chairman <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Planner <br />
