RESOLUTION NO. 4456 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAGE ADJUSTMENT <br />FOR LYNNETTE MORGAN, CLERK <br />WHEREAS, Lynnette Morgan is a regular, part-time employee who <br />began working for the City of Mounds View on January 2, 1990; and <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Morgan's work performance has met the <br />responsibilities of Clerk as outlined in the job description; and <br />WHEREAS, her work performance has been determined to be <br />satisfactory; and <br />WHEREAS, a step adjustment that is consistent with the City's <br />compensation policy is recommended. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council hereby approve a wage adjustment for Lynnette Morgan from <br />$8.37/hour to $9.89/hour effective 12/9/93. <br />Adopted this 13th day of December, 1993. <br />(SEAL) <br />Jerry Linke, Mayor <br />(ATTEST) <br />Samantha Orduno, City Administrator <br />
