RESOLUTION NO. 4459 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXPANSION AND ALTERATION OF <br />THE ON -SITE PARKING FACILITIES AT ROBERT'S OFF 10, <br />2400 COUNTY ROAD H2 <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the <br />request of Robert's Off 10 for approval to allow an expansion of <br />the on -site parking facilities at 2400 County Road H2; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the site plan <br />provided by the applicant dated July 21, 1992, revised September <br />18, 1993, October 20, 1993 and October 23, 1993; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the requested <br />expansion and alteration of the parking facilities by Resolution <br />No. 4443; and <br />WHEREAS, subsequent to that approval, the applicant has <br />decided upon further alterations to the parking plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the additional alterations would allow for the <br />elimination of a berm along the Southernmost property line of <br />site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />City Council approves the request of Robert's Off 10 for the <br />expansion and alteration of the on -site parking facilities at <br />2400 County Road H2 to include the elimination of an earth berm <br />along the Southernmost property line. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Adopted this 13th day of December, 1993. <br />Mayor <br />City Administrator <br />
