RESOLUTION No. 4460 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW TO EXECUTE <br />AN AMENDMENT TO DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT NO. 92-97 <br />WHEREAS, the Harstad Companies were given approval for a <br />13 lot residential development in July, 1992; and <br />WHEREAS, as part of that approval, the Harstad Companies <br />were required to enter into Development Agreement 92-97 with <br />the City of Mounds View; and <br />WHEREAS, the Harstad Companies have requested an amend- <br />ment to Development Agreement 92-97; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the <br />request for amendment at their December 6, 1993 Work Session. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Mounds View authorizes its Mayor and City Adminis- <br />trator to execute an amendment to Development Agreement No. <br />92-97 on behalf of the City of Mounds View. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Adopted this 13th day of December, 1993. <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
