RESOLUTION NO. 4470 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 1994 PERSONNEL COMPENSATION AND <br />INSURANCE CONTRIBUTION SCHEDULE. <br />WHEREAS, the wage ranges and Personnel Compensation and Insurance <br />Schedule for non -union personnel must be set annually by Council resolution; and <br />WHEREAS, the wage ranges are included in the 1994 Personnel <br />Compensation Schedule; and <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed that the City continue to make a contribution <br />toward the cost of employee health insurance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br />1. The 1994 wage ranges for non -union personnel shall be as specified <br />in the 1994 wage schedule, and <br />2.
