In order <br /> for Ramsey County to continue to properly collect the sanitary sewer <br /> assessments, it is necessary for the City to adopt the two attached <br /> resolutions "reapportioning" the assessments for the new PINs. <br /> • In one case two PINS have been replatted into three new PINs and the other <br /> case involved 1 PIN replatted into 2 new PINs. The assessments are <br /> reapportioned based on the original assessment totals.
