No Stanton or Pay Equity adjustments are recommended at this time <br />due to the uncertainty of how the 1994 hires of the Economic Development <br />Coordinator, Housing Intern, Golf Course Superintendent and Public Works <br />Maintenance worker may effect the pay equation. <br />Please note that the attached schedule does not include Police or Public <br />Works personnel. Negotiations with these two groups are still pending. <br />The increase for City contributions to health care is proposed at <br />$10/month, making the total $310/month. <br />Tim Cruikshank, Asst. to City Admin. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Motion to waive reading and adopt Resolution No. 4470, approving 1994 wage <br />and health benefit schedule for Non -union personnel. <br />
