Samantha Orduno, City <br /> Administrator, read the Consent Agenda. <br /> MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Blanchard to adopt the Consent Agenda <br /> as presented. <br /> VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br /> Mayor Linke opened the public hearing at 7: 05 p.m. to consider a request for <br /> a conditional use permit for an oversized accessory building at 2454 County <br /> Road H2 . <br /> Paul Harrington, City Planner, reviewed Staff Report No. 92-345C regarding <br /> the application for an oversized accessory building. The applicant's <br /> request is for a 352 square foot accessory building. The applicant has been <br /> advised that the only vehicles that may be stored in the accessory buildin <br /> are licensed collector vehicles. The Planning Commission has reviewed thi <br /> request and found it to be in conformance with all applicable sections of <br /> the Municipal Code. <br /> Councilmember Wuori stated that in the past the City has had a contingency <br /> that the driveway to the garage be removed.
