In order to comply with the law, cities may <br /> organize solid waste collection, provide the collection, or <br /> require by ordinance that every household and business has a <br /> contract for collection service. <br /> Please find attached Ordinance No. 516, which requires that all <br /> • residential homes, apartment buildings, mobile homes, and <br /> commercial businesses contract with a licensed hauler for <br /> collection services.
