In accordance with <br /> the City's 5 Step Compensation Policy, this position is scheduled for a <br /> wage adjustment. <br /> Mr. Harrington is currently at Step 3, which is $2363 .85 per month. His <br /> performancehas been satisfactory and staff is recommending a wage <br /> adjustment to Step 4, 2495. 18 per month.
