Council concurred that the <br /> Development Agreement would be sent when the City received <br /> its check. <br /> Consensus of the Council: Quick - yes <br /> Wuori - yes <br /> Blanchard - yes <br /> Rickaby - yes <br /> Report of Councilmembers: <br /> Blanchard - attended the Fire Department Open House on <br /> Sunday. <br /> Wuori - no report <br /> nick=no-report <br /> Rickaby - no report <br /> Bill Frits asked what is happening with Williams Pipeline. Mr. Frits was <br /> asked to give Ric Minetor a call tomorrow. <br /> Report of Attorney: Regarding the property that has the boat on <br /> Sherwood. The property is owned by the bank and the bank has <br /> voluntarily offered to get an order to remove the boat so they are not <br /> liable. It will take two to three weeks to get the boat moved. This is <br /> more than the City having to move the boat.. Also, - - - <br /> mentioned was the general upkeep of the property and they <br /> agreed to take corrective action.
