The study indicated that there are some <br /> County roads that could be turned back to City jurisdiction in <br /> Mounds View. The roads suggested to be turned back to Mounds View <br /> are : <br /> ROAD LIMITS <br /> County Road H-2 W. County Line to TH 10 <br /> County Road I W. County Line to Silver Lake Road <br /> Pleasant View Drive Co. Road H-2 to Co. Road I <br /> Spring Lake Road Co. Road i -2 to N. County Line <br /> This is a toal of 3 . 63 miles of road to be assumed by Mounds <br /> View. The County would continue to have jurisdiction over Silver <br /> Lake Road, County Road I west of Silver Lake Road, County Road H, <br /> and Long Lake Road totaling 5.81 miles. <br /> The County is suggesting to the State that if the proposed road <br /> turnbacks are to occur, the City should be given additional <br /> Municipal State Aid miles to offset the financial burden imposed <br /> from th-e-State-ma-ndated-consal idati on-plan. <br /> Attached is a draft resolution to the Commissioner of Transporta- <br /> tion to increase MSA mileage in Mounds View. <br /> Ric Midefor <br /> City Engineer/Director of Public Works <br /> RECOMMENDATION; <br /> Staff is seeking Council direction in this matter. <br />
