A 9 hole Executive course with driving range <br /> 2 . A 18 hole Executive course with driving range <br /> 3 . A 18 hole Executive course with driving range and miniature <br /> golf course <br /> All three scenarios included development of a passive recreational area <br /> adjacent to the course. <br /> Development of each of the three scenarios requires the acquisition of <br /> additional property. Before the Task Force can determine the scenario which <br /> will provide the best financial, recreational, environmental benefits to <br /> the City a property appraisal needs to be conducted on the properties the <br /> Task Force has determined are necessary to build either the 9 hole or 18 <br /> hole course. <br /> The Task Force has requested that the Council approve the funding of a <br /> property appraisal on the properties indicated on the attached map. Quotes <br /> were obtained from three appraisal companies for appraising Lots 1-4 (plus <br /> Outlot A) , Lot 5 separately and Lot 16 separately. The quotes are: <br /> Forsyth Appraisals $3 , 000 <br /> Shenehon-Goodlund-Taylor $4, 000 <br /> Curtis Larson Appraisals $ 900 <br /> (continued-on - - -e .ge) <br /> ".-6 -LC/a <br /> Samanth- Orduno, City Administrator <br /> RECOMMENDATION; <br /> Motion to authorize Larson Appraisals to conduct an appraisal of the " <br /> properties outline above at a cost not to exceed $900 and to be charged to <br /> the Golf Course Development Fund. <br /> I <br />
