The parking spaces provided exceed (by 13 <br /> spaces) the number of stalls required for the new office <br /> area under the zoning code. <br /> We request your assistance and that of the Mounds View <br /> Planning Commission and City Council in expediting the <br /> review and approval of these plans. Tysons desire to start <br /> construction on the office improvements as soon as possible <br /> so they can relocate their office personnel from a current <br /> Arden Hills location into the Mounds View facility. <br /> We request that this application be considered and acted <br /> upon by the Planning Commission at its meeting on Wednesday, <br /> September 16, andby the City Council at its meeting on <br /> Monday, September 28.
