RESOLUTION NO. 4168 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING WAGE RANGES AND INSURANCE <br /> CONTRIBUTION TO NON-UNION PERSONNEL <br /> WHEREAS, the wage ranges for the Compensation Plan for <br /> non-union personnel must be set annually by Council resolution; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the wage ranges are attached to this <br /> resolution as Attachments A and B; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is proposed that the City continue to make <br /> a contribution towards the cost of employee health insurance. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: <br /> 1. The 1992 wage ranges shall be as specified in <br /> Attachments A and B. <br /> 2 . The City shall make a contribution of up to <br /> $285 .00 per month towards the cost of family <br /> health insurance and shall pay the entire <br /> premium for single health coverage. <br /> Adopted this 13 day of January, 1992 . <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Mayor <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Clerk-Administrator <br />
