ITEM 8. 1 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4166 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> APPROVING JUST AND CORRECT <br /> CLAIMS AGAINST CITY FUNDS <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of Mounds View, pursuant to <br /> Minnesota Statutes 412.241, has full authority over the financial affairs <br /> of the City and; <br /> WHEREAS, The City Council has reviewed the claims numbcrs: <br /> 35137 through 35146 in the amount of $ hR_ 560_42 <br /> 35150 through 35254 in the amount of $ 193,240.07 <br /> 35320 through 35329 in the amount of $ 6,969.58 <br /> 37901 through 37907 in the amount of $ '70,892.00 <br /> TOTAL AMOUNT OF CLAIMS PRESENTED $ 339,662.07 <br /> and has found said claims to be just and correct; <br /> (list of any exception) <br /> NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council of Mounds View <br /> hereby approved the attached lists of claims dated 01/10/92 by the <br /> vote ayes nayes <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Mayor <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Clerk-Administrator <br />
