Golden Gloves has <br /> met all of the conditions requested by the Mounds View City Council as <br /> listed below: <br /> 1. A certified copy of the State License for said <br /> matches to be filed with the City Administrator. <br /> 2 . Two uniformed, sworn police officers, approved by <br /> the Mounds View Police Chief shall be in attendance <br /> at each event with said officers being reimbursed by <br /> the promoter. <br /> 3 . All beer, set-ups and other refreshments shall be <br /> dispensed in paper cups . <br /> 4 . The premises shall be closed by 12:00 midnight. <br /> 5.
