At the <br />December 4, 2006, Work Session, it was discussed about the techniques that Ms. <br />Murlowski would like to use for her business located at Mounds View Square. The City <br />Council decided not to grant Ms. Murlwoski a therapeutic massage license because her <br />techniques were not compliant with the current Mounds View City Code. Ms. Murlowski <br />would like to speak and educate the City Council about the techniques she uses and she <br />will be demonstrating these techniques at this meeting. Attached is the Work Session Staff <br />Report, and other supporting documentation that was submitted by Kari Murlowski for your <br />reference.
