<br />RESOLUTION 7040 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APPROVING A TRANSFER OF RESTAURANT LICNESE FROM <br />NATH MINNESOTA FRANCHISE GROUP, INC., TO DUKE & KING ACQUISTION <br />CORPORATION FOR THE BURGER KING RESTAURANT LOCATED AT 2651 <br />COUNTY ROAD I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View businesses wishing to operate <br />certain types of businesses must apply to the City for business licenses; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Duke & King Acquisition Corporation has applied for a <br />Restaurant License in order to transfer ownership from the current owner; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Duke & King Acquisition Corporation has submitted the <br />proper paperwork and fees, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved <br />by the City Council. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve a Restaurant License for Duke & King Acquisition <br />Corporation for the Burger King located at 2651 County Road I in Mounds View. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the licensing <br />period shall be from March 13, 2007-June 30, 2008. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 12th day of March, 2007 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Rob Marty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />(seal)
