The City <br /> should put "No Parking" signs. <br /> ▪ Parking lot curbs have been removed for snow removal. There <br /> were curbs there when it was the Anchor Inn. There were also <br /> curbs along Greenfield and County Road H2 and in front of the <br /> building. Mr. Michna would like to see curbs installed according <br /> to City Code. <br /> • The sod on the buffer zone and boulevard of County Road H2 and <br /> Greenfield Avenue has been destroyed by snowplowing and needs to <br /> be replaced. <br /> • Last Spring, Mr. Michna stated that there should be exit and <br /> entrance signs so that the driveways can be identified. <br /> • There is parking being done on the landscaped area between <br /> the building and treed berm along Edgewood Drive. <br /> This is not a designated parking area. Mr. Waste's help <br /> and the band members park there. Parking is supposed to <br /> be provided for these persons. <br /> • The patrons are to be out of the parking lot by 1:30 a.m. <br /> Mr. Michna is also requesting that debris from the patrons <br /> such as paper and other waste be cleaned up from the streets, <br /> lawns and parking lot daily. The residents should not be <br /> responsible for doing this. <br /> • The fire code should be enforced. Mr. Michna states that. <br /> there are more people in attendance than the fire code <br /> allows. Mr. Michna believes the fire code allows 399 people <br /> and Saturday night he stated there was between 800 and 1000 <br /> people there. <br /> • Permanent handicapped p skin led and required <br /> amount of handicapped well marked. Mr. Michna stated that <br /> the Mounds View Municipal Code requires handicapped signs have to <br /> be permanent and in the ground. Mr. Michna stated there are <br /> only two handicapped spots marked. <br /> Mayor Linke interjected at this time that the new ADA <br /> (American Disability Act) Law will require approximately 4-6 <br /> handicapped spots at this location. <br /> • Mr. Michna stated that Mr. Waste was to have a fence or <br /> enclosure around his garbage container by last October. <br /> Mr. Michna understood that Mr. Waste, if not in compliance <br /> with the Code, was to receive a $100 per day fine. <br />
