Attached is the Planning Commission Resolution authorizing Staff to <br />present this definition for consideration to the City Council. <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends the City Council review the proposed definition. This was <br />recommended by the City Attorney and also approved by the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission. Staff will be presenting Second Reading of Ordinance 787 at the April 9, <br />2007, City Council Meeting.
