The Council and the Commission hereby approve and consent to extending <br />the date for removal of the two billboards required to be removed from the <br />Property by March 31, 2007, for a period of sixty days, until May 30, 2007. <br /> <br />2. No other terms or conditions of the Agreement or Contract are intended to be <br />waived or modified by the City or the EDA, except as expressly set forth <br />herein. <br /> <br />3. The Mayor, City Clerk-Administrator, President, Secretary and City and <br />Authority staff are authorized and directed to take any and all actions <br />necessary or convenient and are authorized to execute any required <br />amendments to the Agreement or the Contract necessary to implement this <br />Resolution. <br /> <br />4.
