PUBLIC INPUT 27
28
William Werner of 2765 Sherwood Road asked if the Consent Agenda is always after the 29
Council business. 30
31
Acting Mayor Stigney indicated that was switched several months ago to accommodate residents. 32
33
Dave Tillman of 5166 Longview Drive said that he would like Council to consider some 34
questions regarding the Longview Drive clearing and they are very concerned about it. He then 35
asked if there are City Ordinances and whether they are being enforced as no permit was issued 36
prior to this clearing. He then said that residents were not informed of the alterations to be made. 37
38
Mr. Tillman indicated that other issues are the amount of fill and excavation and the type of 39
construction planned for the location. He then said that driveways have been blocked as well as 40
one lane of the street. 41
42
Anne Tillman of 5166 Longview Drive said that one thing she spoke to Staff about on the day of 43
the clearing was mentioned that they could clear any trees on his property and he would not 44
necessarily have to give notification and they have approval from Rice Creek Watershed District. 45
