Mounds View City Council Page Sixteen <br /> Regular Meeting March 9, 1910 <br /> An unidentified person at 5040 Edgewood.. Drive asked about outdoor <br /> concerts and bands playing in the afternoon. <br /> Mayor Linke stated that the Council was looking into that situation <br /> now and may not be any of those events happening. _ <br /> Ms. Janssen, 2440 Clearview, asked if there were signs to be considered <br /> for Clearview she would like to be notified by letter in her mailbox. <br /> Mayor Linker indicated that is why the City Administrator put the <br /> letters out prior to this meeting to make sure all persons were <br /> notified of the proposed parking restrictions. <br /> Ms. Janssen thanked the Council for listening to the complaints. <br /> Roxanne Jackson thanked the Council and staff for all their efforts. <br /> Mr. Michna confirmed that there would be no parking along the east <br /> side of Greenfield at any time. <br /> Wally Steiner, 5220 O'Connell, asked that after the signs go up could <br /> the Police Department patrol those streets that had been posted to • <br /> see if people are still parking there. <br /> Mayor Linke asked the residents to call if there were still parking <br /> problems on the posted streets. <br /> MOTION/SECOND: Blanchard/Wuori to put in effect parking <br /> restrictions on Edgewood, Greenfield and O'Connell up to Jeffrey <br /> Drive from the hours of 9:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. <br /> VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> Mayo-r-L-i-nke-el-ar-i€ied-hitparking-would-be-allowed-on-east-side <br /> of Edgewood north of 5292 and back on west side of Greenfield north <br /> of 5309. <br /> Councilmember Wuori confirmed there would be no parking at all on <br /> Greenfield from the corner of H2. <br /> 7. MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Wuori to adopt Resolution No. 4203 restricting <br /> parking on a portion of County Road H-2. <br /> VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> Signs and labor will cost approximately $2500. Signs should be <br /> ready to be put up in a couple of weeks. • <br />
