The applicants proposal would add 608 square feet to an existing 576 square foot garage for a total of 1,184 <br /> square feet. The request meets all other applicable requirements set forth in Chapter 40 of the Municipal Code <br /> including, but not limited to, height, area and setbacks. <br /> All materials submitted as part of the application have been included for your review.
