Resolution 7058 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council approves <br />the preliminary plat for the major subdivision of 8360 Long Lake Road, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The applicant shall arrange to have an acceptable title commitment provided to the <br />City Attorney for review prior to the final plat approval by the City Council. <br /> <br />2. The applicant shall pay a park dedication fee in the amount of $10,640.00. <br /> <br />3. The applicant shall take all steps to save any significant trees possible during the <br />construction and shall make arrangements to have a minimum of two trees located in <br />each front yard upon project completion and sod all yard areas. <br /> <br />4. The applicant shall obtain permits, if required, from Rice Creek Watershed District and <br />the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency before construction activity commences. <br /> <br />5. All utilities within the development area and to the individual home sites shall be <br />located underground. <br /> <br />6.
