<br /> <br />RESOLUTION 7047 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN OFF-SALE 3.2 PERCENT MALT LIQUOR LICENSE <br />FOR ALDI FOODS, LOCATED AT 2537 COUNTY HIGHWAY 10 <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Applicant, Aldi Foods, located at 2537 County Highway 10, has <br />applied for an Off-Sale 3.2 Percent Malt Liquor License for its facility at Mounds View Square; <br />and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the City <br />Council; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Chapter 503 of the Mounds View Municipal Code establishes the process <br />and conditions by which such licenses are reviewed and considered. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council makes <br />the following findings of fact related to the application for an Off-Sale 3.2 Percent Malt Liquor <br />License for Aldi Foods at 2537 County Highway 10: <br /> <br />1. The subject property (Mounds View Square) is zoned B-4, Regional Business <br />2. Off-Sale Liquor sales is a permitted use within the B-4 zoning district <br />3. The Applicant has submitted the proper application materials and fees <br />4. The licensed premises reasonably satisfies the 500 foot separation requirement <br />from churches and schools <br />5. The application has been submitted to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal <br />Apprehension (BCA) for investigation and review <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council, <br />based on the above findings of fact, hereby approves the application for an Off-Sale 3.2 <br />Percent Malt Liquor License for Aldi Foods at 2537 County Highway 10 subject to: <br /> <br />1. Satisfactory report from the Mounds View Fire Marshal <br />2. Final building permit inspection approval and certificate of occupancy issuance <br />3.
