RESOLUTION 7063 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AWARDING THE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR THE OAKWOOD PARK <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT – PHASE 1 AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR <br />AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE SAID CONTRACT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 7053 adopted by the City <br />Council on March 26, 2007, sealed bids were received on April 9, 2007, at 10:00 <br />a.m. for the Oakwood Park Improvement Project – Phase 1; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the low responsive bid was received from XXXXXX <br />XXXXXXX, XXXXXXXXXXXX with a Base Bid $XX,XXX.XX for the Oakwood <br />Park Improvement Project – Phase 1. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the Base Bid of XXXXX XXXX, XXXXXXX in the amount of <br />$XX,XXX.XX for the Oakwood Park Improvement Project – Phase <br />1 is the lowest responsive bid. <br /> <br />2. That a contract to perform said work is awarded to XXXXX <br />XXXXXXXX XXXXXXX and that the Mayor and City Administrator <br />are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with said <br />bidder. <br /> <br />3.
