The applicants proposal would add <br /> 608 square feet to an existing 576 square foot garage for a total of 1, 184 <br /> square feet. The request meets all other applicable requirements set forth, <br /> in Chapter 40 of the Municipal Code including, but not limited to, height, <br /> area and setbacks. <br /> The Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed the request and <br /> recommended approval of the request in Resolution No. 331-92 .
